Note: Research of Charles Hind, Frankfort, Kentucky: " I think therecan be little doubt that Peggy Willis Arnold Hind was a daughter ofNicholas Arnold. She probably came to Kentucky before her father inthe Traveling Church part with at least one sister and her threebrothers, John, James, and Lewis, or perhaps she came only with one ortwo of the brothers and met the other or the other two out inKentucky. Circumstantial evidence points to her being at BryantsStation in 1783 at the time of the Indian attack, and she was probablyone of the girls who followed the women of the fort down to the springto get water."
