It was on this date that the widow Frances Milby was named to settle the estate of Salathiel Milby. No security was shown.

Upon the petition of John Hoffington and his wife Tabitha (who was executor of the will of John Milby, deceased), it was ordered that John Lecatt, Jonathan Garrison and Richard Rogers divide Milby's estate according to the will and report to the next court]
